Welcome to the 26 week Freedom Foundations: Basic Online Personal Training! This program is designed to help you build a strong fitness foundation with the support and discipline that defines Forged by Freedom Strength and Nutrition. As a participant, you’ll start with a 30-minute introductory online call where we’ll get to know your goals, current fitness level, and any unique needs you may have. Based on this conversation, you’ll receive a personally designed training plan tailored specifically for you, ensuring that every workout moves you closer to your goals. To keep you motivated and on track, you’ll have a 15-minute check-in call each month. During these sessions, we’ll discuss your progress, address any concerns, and make adjustments to your plan as needed. This ongoing support ensures you stay accountable and continue making steady progress. With Freedom Foundations, you’ll experience a disciplined, results-driven approach to fitness, backed by expert guidance and a supportive community. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to reinforce your fitness basics, this program is your first step toward lasting strength and health.
