Forged by Freedom Strength & Nutrition ("FBF," "we," "our," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through our mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and training preferences provided during account registration and onboarding.

Health and Fitness Data: Weight, body composition, body temperature, sleep duration and quality, step count, heart rate, workout logs, nutrition intake (calories, macros), supplement and protocol compliance, mood, stress levels, and progress photos submitted through daily check-ins.

Apple HealthKit Data: With your explicit permission, we may read health data from Apple HealthKit including step count, sleep analysis, heart rate, resting heart rate, body temperature, active energy burned, workout data, and weight. This data is used solely to auto-populate your daily check-in fields within the app for your convenience. We do not store raw HealthKit data on our servers beyond what you submit in a check-in.

Wearable Device Data: If you connect third-party devices (Oura Ring, Garmin Connect), we collect data you choose to import including steps, heart rate, sleep, stress, and body battery metrics.

Bloodwork and Body Scan Data: Lab results and body composition scans you upload for AI-assisted analysis. These are processed to extract health markers and stored in your client profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

- To provide personalized coaching, training programs, nutrition plans, and health insights
- To track your progress over time and generate performance reports
- To enable communication between you and your coach
- To auto-populate check-in fields from connected health devices (HealthKit, Oura, Garmin)
- To provide AI-powered coaching insights and bloodwork analysis
- To send coaching reminders and motivational messages (with your consent)

3. Apple HealthKit Data

We comply with Apple's HealthKit requirements. Specifically:
- HealthKit data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes
- HealthKit data is not sold to third parties, data brokers, or information resellers
- HealthKit data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent
- HealthKit data is not used for purposes unrelated to health and fitness coaching
- We request only the minimum HealthKit data categories necessary for the app's coaching functionality

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Access to your data is restricted to you and your assigned coach. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by the following service providers solely to deliver our services:
- Supabase (database hosting)
- Anthropic (AI-powered document analysis)
- ElevenLabs (voice synthesis for AI coach responses)
- Stripe (payment processing, if applicable)

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at forgedbyfreedom@proton.me. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for HealthKit data access at any time through your device's Settings > Privacy > Health
- Opt out of push notifications and coaching reminders

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
